Timelines and disease

I want to create a Timeline (or more likely several) that involves historical epidemics. But first I need to find the events. I'm talking local outbreaks of Cholera etc, rather than the more famous Plague and flu pandemics.
Does anyone know of websites (especially for Britain, Germany, Scandinavia, and France) that has this information.
