Research help?

Hello to all,

I am sorry if this might be a bit off topic but perhaps it may be of interest to others as well, so if anyone has a lead for me, please point the way.

I have a relative (by marriage) who is interested in finding her living relatives (Aunts, Uncles, Cousins) in the Philippines. She has names, addresses in 1967, relationships and birth dates, but that is all.

I have never tracked the living, especially in another country. If anyone has an idea, I would happy to hear from you.

A good start would be to Google "phone lookup Phillipines" since it's possible that more than a few still live in the same place.
