    Citation fonts that allow italics

Italics are properly used in citations for names of books, etc.
which font in Reunion 10, allows one to switch to italics when so needed?

I do see that you can specify font style by category in source style, but how can you designate italics for a title in a source if using "Free form" or "Practical Citation" (Ben Sayers style version)?

A variety of fonts support Italic. A few of them include: Arial, Cambria, Courier New, Gill Sans, Helena, Helvetica Neue, etc. The fonts available to you may be different depending on the font packages installed on your Mac. To see the listing of available fonts for you to select from, choose Reunion -> Preferences and click on General. Then, under "Font for lists and data entry," go through the fonts and select from those that allow you select "Italic" from the style menu. But, don't actually select Italic unless you want all data entry and lists to appear in Italic. After selecting a font that supports Italic, close the Preferences window.

If you are adding the Title field in the Source Fields section of a Free Form source type, the Title should be Italic by default. However, if it is not, here are two things to verify...

    1. Choose Reunion -> Preferences and select Sources. Then, select Fields and Title. Verify that Italic is selected as the text style for that field.

    2. Choose Reunion -> Preferences and select General. Verify that the font selected in the "Font for lists and data entry" section supports Italic.

If, by chance, you are adding a title or any other text in the "Free-Form Text" section of any source, select the text you wish to make Italic and click the "I" text style button to make that selected text Italic. As long as the selected "Font for lists and data entry" supports Italic, the text will change to Italic.

I hope you find this information helpful:-)
