How do you create a Relative Chart for others

I have been working on my family tree for years and have over 600 people in the tree. I would like to give my children and grandchildren a relative chart with each of them being the source showing their personal relationships to everyone on the tree. I can only get a Relative Chart with myself as the source because I started the tree in my name. How do I change the source person?

Right click (or Ctrl-click) on the person; towards the bottom of the resulting menu, choose Find Relatives.
