Images as sources?

Forgive me if this is already available, or if someone has asked the same question before, but is it possible to use an image of a legal document, such as a will or a marriage certificate, as a source?

If it's already possible, would someone be willing to walk me through the steps?

Create a source including all the relevant information about the document: date, where it's located, etc. Then, attach the image in the multimedia tab (Reunion 9; don't know how 10 works, probably similarly).
