Is there a way to copy a custom Family View from one file and import it to use in another file?

You can create a new family file with the same family views by choosing from the main menu: File>Export>Reunion Family File, and choosing the no people option.

If you want to share a view with an existing family file, searching the manual for "copy family view" will bring you to a detailed discuss on this.
