Missing Multimedia

I updated my family file to Reunion 11 and thumbnails were created. However, I received a message that one thumbnail could not be created due a missing original image. However the Multimedia Usage Report does not show any missing files.

How do I find the missing file (if there is really is one)?

Hi Richard,
Not sure what happened during the upgrade process; but, try this...
1. Open your family file and choose Reunion > Preferences.
2. Click the Multimedia icon.
3. Click Repair Multimedia Links. What is the result?
4. Click Rebuild Thumbnails. What is the result?

Hi Frank,

Repair Multimedia Links result: This family file has 205 links to multimedia files. No repair necessary. All multimedia links were validated.

Rebuild Thumbnails result: 203 thumbnails were OK as is (did not need to be rebuilt). 1 thumbnail couldn't be created because original image couldn't be found. To see a list of missing media items, click Multimedia Usage Report.

The Multimedia Usage Report still doesn't show any missing files.

Updated to 11.0.1.

No change to results.
