List window

Using the list window on a regular basis, I opened it in my R11 converted family file.
It seems it is not possible to change the width of some columns. I can change the four colums on the left, but not the fifth one nor the eighth and the last ones (up to the twelfth).
The "auto size column" doesn't work either for these columns and the icon has only an arrow pointing to the right.

Does anybody else see the same thing ?


Edit: icons with an arrow only on the right mean that you can't get the column narrower than it is. Regarding the fifth column, this happens for a width of more than 10 cm (4 in).

That happened to me too. I had 6 columns and the right-most column would only reduce to an inch wide, about double the size of the death date I had in it. I added max columns (12) and moved the offending column to the far right. Kind of odd.

Today I manage to reduce every colum but one !
But that fifth column though is now down to 6 cm wide (2in+).
I had already 12 columns but changed the width of the whole list window. No other change.

I'm sure I'll soon get what I need.

Opening and closing List window several times made the trick as it made it possible to reduce width of this 5th column each time by a few centimeters down to the same limit as the other columns.
Odd, for sure.
