Upgrade, custom settings

I'm planning to update from version 10 to version 11 on my primary computer because I want to be able to use the new ipad/iphone app. When I update am I going to lose the custom settings I have in 10? For example, I have changed the colors on the Family View page and the fields that appear on that page. Will I have to re-do those things?
