That is created by Reunion in the Family History section? If not, how can I save it so I can send it to a PC??

What you probably have is an RTFD file, which can't be opened in Windows (Windows will see it as a folder).
What application are you sending the report to (what do you have selected for Destination under Reports / Family History)? There is likely a way to save the report from that application in a format that can be opened in Windows. If I know which application I should be able to provide instructions.
