How have you gone about adding Medical information to your records? How do you go about setting privacy for these entries?

Adding DNA info?

I wish there were a Timeline for Medical information.

For anyone who's tested, I create a Genetics Note and put the results in it.

Reunion already has a Medical Note. For Privacy, look up Sensitivity in the Manual (accessed via ? icon at bottom left of screen) for how to exclude part (or all) of that information.

For anyone who's tested, I create a Genetics Note and put the results in it.

The beauty of Reunion is that there are multiple ways - I have created two Facts, one for the Y-DNA Haplo group info, and one for the mtDNA Full Sequence info.

I create a flag for each DNA match and also a very detailed source which includes the common ancestor, the name of the match, contact info and the kit name they use at each company, and, if it's a ftdna or gedmatch match, the specific chromosome details. It's a lot of extra work, but it helps me to think things through. Then I make sure I've done all the confirmations I can on the websites - on ancestry I star the match and write a note and on ftdna I choose the relationship and also write a note. My Reunion flags begin with the common ancestral couple, so it's helpful to look at them all at once sometimes. Lots of work, but lots of fun!
