Using 'Great-nephew' instead of 'Grandnephew'

When doing a "Find relationship between two people" I received the result "Person 2 is the Grandnephew of Person 1." Can I get that to say "Great nephew"? In the Relatives sidebar I have not checked "Use Granduncle and Grandaunt" so it would seem that preference has no effect in the case of great/grand nephews/nieces. By the way, the reverse relationship in my example is given as "G Aunt" which conveniently avoids committing to Great or Grand.

The following is a question from the R10 forum, but I would like to raise it in here please?

There is the option to have G Uncle/Granduncle and G Aunt/Grandaunt for our forebears, but the option to switch doesn't flow down to our descendants. Having just become a Great-Uncle myself I would like to see my Great-nephew labelled as such, not as Grandnephew. Is this possible to implement please?
