Assume ancestor John, 10 generations back, with 2 daughters D1 and D2.
I entered my data into Reunion - for me, my parents, my grandparents, etc. As I researched my line and discovered more ancestors, I entered their data into Reunion. Eventually, my line passed through D1. I entered data for D1 and entered her father as "John."
Later, I was researching another of my lines and entering data into Reunion as I discovered new ancestors along this 2nd line. Eventually this line passed through D2. I entered data for D2 and started to enter her father as "John."
Question: Do I need to tell Reunion that :John" the father of D1 is the same person as "John" the father of D2 and if so, how do I do this? Otherwise, Reunion will show 2 people in the index, both named "John" and each will have his own "tree" of ancestors in Reunion.
