From the family view I would like to be able to display in the sidebar a list of an individual’s siblings. I appreciate one can access a list via the drop down menu next to an individual’s name, but on clicking on a sibling in that list the list is of course replaced by that sibling’s family view. It would be helpful to me if I could keep in view a list of a person’s siblings until such time as I chose to change it. I’m assuming (perhaps wrongly) there’s no way to achieve this at present but wonder if it’s a possibility in a future update.

You can do that now, but you'll have to change the source person to the person of interest in order to so. Once you've identified the source person, select Relatives in the sidebar, then use the settings icon at the bottom of the page to choose siblings only. -
