Why is a person's entry in the people sidebar yellow?

I've got a couple of people whose entry in the "people" sidebar is yellow. All the rest are pink. These people show in the family card with a yellow background. (the color might be a very light green, its hard to tell)

What does this mean?

I tried using the hypertext manual, searching for "yellow" and "yellow people" without any luck.

Default Colour Scheme:

Pink - Female
Blue/Grey - Male
Yellowy Green - Unknown Gender/Sex

Sex is probably set to unknown.

That would be because the manual article doesn't contain those words. Believe it or not: Get basic and search for "sex colors" and there it is.

Thanks. Of course, that assumes that I had any clue that the colors were related to gender. I had none.
