    Another question about multimedia files

I have started a file called reunion pictures in the finder file. After moving pictures to this file I find that Reunion is still finding these pictures in Photos. Is this ok? Once the pictures are moved to the reunion picture file in finder can I delete the pictures from Photos?

    Any help in appreciated!

There is no harm in the photos residing both in your new folder and in Photos. However, you need to reconnect the photos. Click on a photo while in Family View. First, click the minus sign at the bottom; that deletes the connection to the Photos version. Next click the plus sign. You are presented with a standard navigation window. Find your way to your new folder. Highlight the appropriate file and click Choose. You are now connected to the copy in the new folder.

If there is a less tedious way, please someone jump in and go for it.

Thank you so much for the information. I did what you said and it worked! I am glad that I didn't have too many pictures. Thank you again!
