Re: Unlink an Ex-spouse
If your ex is your kids' biological mother, she is their mother forever. So, you add Divorced to the Marriage status. Otherwise, your genealogical records will leave your kids motherless.
If she is not their biological mother, their biological mother should be on your record, then you could take your pick of several things. Delete this ex. Leave her but make the bio mother the "preferred" so that you don't see ex unless you choose to look at "other spouses." If you are worried about ex showing in reports, read up on privacy options in the Help manual.

Re: Unlink an Ex-spouse
Just did the same… works when viewing in Reunion on desktop (not iPad), haven't tried reports.
1. Added a new dummy spouse to myself, creating a new 'family'
2. Set new spouse as preferred relationship
3. Linked my son to new 'family'
4. Deleted dummy spouse
Now when navigating to my card, it defaults to showing no spouse and my son.Surnames Dresch, Eyden, Lunn, Mountfort, Page, Robinson, Ryan, Whitworth, and more.
