Reunion 9 - Charts

I can no longer create Pedigree or Descendent Charts - nothing happens when I click on the "Chart" button. All other types of chart work OK. I'm using El Capitan 10.11.3.
Any suggestions?

I can confirm that I can create a Descendant Chart and a Pedigree Chart in Reunion 9 while running El Capitan 10.11.3, so we can rule out OS incompatibility here.

If you haven't restarted your computer for a while, it might be worth giving that a shot. Sometimes some weird operating system issues can start creeping in over time. Just had to do that here a couple of days ago.

Thanks for your reply - unfortunately that didn't work. However, i tried opening the family file on my MBP and it works perfectly there so El Capitan is not the culprit!
