Creating index for Web Report

I have very recently had a problem with Reunion 11 hanging just before creating the index for a rather large web report. It has happened at the same place twice. Any suggestions.

The problem may be to be caused by some interaction with Time Machine. In the most recent case, a Time Machine backup stalled at the same time. I turned off Time Machine and file creation went to completion.
