Auto upload to Dropbox

I am using Reunion 11, and I also use Dropbox to backup my database. Is there a way that Dropbox will automatically upload and additions and changes I make? Or is it necessary to manually upload my files?

Any help is always greatly appreciated!

Your family file must be in the Dropbox folder; then it will be constantly updated---no need for a backup there. I, however, backup to an external HD weekly.
