How do I reset the relationships in my Reunion 11.0.2 file?

At present I, Bernard Roy TIBBS, am shown as:

Bernard Roy TIBBS
Age:80
1st Cousin of spouse.

& my spouse is shown as:
Phyllis Joan PATRICK
Age 77
Spouse of 1st Cousin of spouse

NOTE: I am NOT the 1st Cousin of spouse; Phyllis is my wife, unrelated to me by blood-line!

These descriptions are showing you and your wife's relationship to the source person in your file. If you set yourself as the source person, she would correctly show as spouse.

You can reset the source person several ways.

The quickest is to go to the person who you want to label as Source then right or control click to get a popup menu. In that menu, choose Find Relatives. That causes all relationship descriptions to change to show their relationship to your newly chose source person.
