where are my reports?

I have generated several reports that I cannot find. I see the reports being made and indexed but then cannot find them. The program has them saved to MS Word. They do not open in Word.

Hi Anne,

By default, reports are saved to:

Documents/Reunion Files/

Though you can choose to save them elsewhere when you create them.

They do not open in Word.

If MS Word is selected as the Destination and the reports do not open in Word once they've been created, then Reunion is likely configured to send them to an older version of MS Word.

You should open your family file and go to:

Reunion -> Preferences... , Reports, Word Processor

Then select "Other..." from the drop-down found there and, in the window that opens, locate and select your current version of MS Word then click "Choose".
