Book, including only selected Memo fields?

I have my cemetery details in the memo field of the Burial Event, I have been doing this for more than a decade. I would like the book to include the Cemetery listed in the memo field for the Burial Event.

I do not want other Memo fields connected to other event included in the book, just the Burial Event. How can I include the Memo for just the Burial Event?
