Importing Ancestry tree GEDCOM to Reunion

I just downloaded a GEDCOM from my tree at Ancestry.com, then imported the GEDCOM into a New Family File in Reunion 11. But -- each person's first/middle name appears TWICE on the person's "card" in both Family View and Tree View, and in the People Sidebar, as well as all Charts and Reports.

    Example:
    William M. RIDLEHUBER William M

If I double-click on the person's name card to "Edit Person" the name looks normal -- no double entry.

I've done this before (last year?) without this problem, and wonder what's new that caused the problem, and how to fix it. Thanks!

    Hi Judith,

It sounds like you are seeing a graphical glitch. We are checking into this matter. However, in the meantime, try closing and re-opening your family file.

I hope you find this information helpful in resolving the matter

Interestingly, before I wrote, I'd already done that with no results, so had deleted the family file and tried again by creating a new family file and again importing the ged ... with the same results, so had again deleted the tree thinking I'd wait to hear from you before doing anything else.

Just created a new empty tree and again imported the same ged into it, and voilá -- everything worked fine this time! It must have been a Friday glitch, and Saturday did the trick. Thanks!!!
