Have just installed Reunion 11. Am I to assume that the missing files in red in the multimedia search folders are not recoverable. Have tried repairs to no avail.

Did you make sure that the photos folder was included in the "Multimedia Search Folders" preferences before repairing? That may make a difference.Originally posted by Barbara Reeves View Post

Open the media window for a person with a missing file. Right click on the missing file. From the drop-down menu, select reveal in finder. If the file shows up, you --could-- relink it, and delete the old link. But as far as I can tell that can't be done automatically. But it could help determine which folders to put in the "Multimeida Search Folders" in preferences before trying again.Dennis J. Cunniff
