Book: "and" instead of "&"

Thank you for a great software!

I´m making Book reports and experiences some small issues trying to adjust this to the norwegian way of writing.

One of the things that is problematic in reports is the use of "&" instead of "and". I would love it if I had the possibility to choose "and". For instance "son of Anders Hanson & Maria Jonsdatter" should be "son of Anders Hanson and Maria Jonsdatter". We seldom use & in our language.

What can be done to improve this? I have looked in settings without finding a solution.

There is no way to choose or to change this by yourself in Prefs etc.
The & has to be changed in the resMinder strings. Ask your Norwegian localizer.
