I can't recreate this chart!

I hope someone can help me remember how I did this.

I can make charts with large boxes full of information, but I can't seem to get this one back. I love it's simplicity.

Can anyone help? I'm sure it's something right in front of my eyes, but I can't see it!

In the Charts panel, there is a Layout pop up menu at the bottom of the list of settings. You may have a custom layout you've already saved that you can choose from the list, or you can choose Define Layouts and create a new layout with all the extraneous data fields unchecked.
