Book: Adding Sources To Images

I am placing many images in my book.

I want to add a caption and a source to each image.

How can I accomplish this?

Can I type a superscript source number in a text box in the book? If so, how?

Hoping there is an easier way to caption and source the images as added to the book, there are hundreds of them.
