Reunion 11 Books

When I create a Book, the captions of the multimedia omit the surname of the person shown. Is this the default or is there a remedy?

Are you referring to the captions under the preferred pictures that show within the report (versus the captions shown in the Media section of the book)? If so, then not including the surnames is the default and there is no option to change this. Note that, generally, the person's full name appears in the text of the report near the preferred picture.

Your assumption is correct. It is a pity that there is no option to change this. Indeed it would be helpful to be able to edit all the book before the PDF stage. Perhaps this could be considered in a future update.
