To my alarm I found two family files in my Dropbox folder:
Warren.familyfile11 created 1/2/2017 3.0MB
Warren 2.38.59 PM.familyfile11 created 7/9/2016 3.1MB
The second file is the one I have been editing (I keep its alias in the Dock). I have no idea how its name gained what looks like a time stamp.
I found recent changes in both files.
In an attempt to identify whether one or other of the files is corrupted, I exported to GED files and used BBEdit's Find Differences... routine. It looks as though all the Misc. Notes elements have been renumbered but the data contained are the same. Should I be worried? Is there a better way to look for differences?
