Is Reunion DB accessible with SQL

Although the Find function in Reunion is very useful, there remain certain queries that are impossible to accomplish using it. Is the Reunion database relational, and is there a way to do SQL queries against it?

I need to query things like the existence of citations on specific events and facts, and search on things like FHL tape numbers contained in citations

Reunion uses a proprietary database built in-house. There's no query language for it.
