I have some family group photographs scanned and I'd love to be able to link one instance of each to the many people in the photographs. I'm sure there must be a way to do so but I can't seem to find it - could somebody please tell me how?

Ta - I'm really sorry for taking so long to reply. I'm not normally this rude.
Does that add a new instance of the picture to each person's record?P. S. Browne

If you want to use one photo for multiple individuals in your family file (assuming you're displaying these images in the "Multimedia" section of the Family window), then for each individual, click the plus (+) sign in his/her segment of the Multimedia window and then select the photo file in the "Choose a multimedia file" drop-down window.
That will enable use of one picture in every instance, without creating another copy of the file.
Hope this helps.John Bastin
