Is there a way to make a "global" find and replace to all of my free form sources? For example, a citation that had a typo was used several times and I would like to be able to correct them all. Also, I noticed that the footnote color for Reunion 11 is different from Reunion 10. Is this significant? Thanks.

1. Go to FIND
2. Select FIND AND REPLACE (at the bottom third of the middle panel)
3. Fill in the blanks with the desired text.
4. Make your selection for “Where” to “From Free Form Source Fields.”
5. Select the necessary “How” match to limit any possible errors.
6. Press the REPLACE.. button.
7. Done.
Easier done than said. Just remember that editing your data in this way may make things worse, so make a backup first!
As for your second question, the answer is no. And besides, if the change bothers you. It is possible to alter the color of the footnote number in the family views preference (under the miscellaneous panel).Arnold
