Front Cover Section is now Missing in Book

I am working with the Book Creation option.

The Front Cover Section is now Missing in the left hand section panel. I can'not figure out how to get it back.

I have added a screen shot - notice that on the left that Front Cover is missing and the layout starts with the Table of Contents.
