Just completed a web project that includes 3700 people and about 80 audio files. Going through it, I found 4 MP3 files that, although they are on the multimedia page, do not play. They play fine in Reunion. I have tried (1) re-attaching the original file to the person's page, (2) re-saving and re-attaching the file, (3) re-attaching the audio file by different methods (drag and drop, clicking the "+" button, etc,.) and (4) comparing metadata of files that don't play with files that do, i.e. file type, "open with..." setting, etc., and can discern no difference. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
