Lost Family File

Hi, due to some IT issues I have my family file on my iPhone on ReunionTouch but not on my Mac or on Dropbox. Is there anyway I can transfer it to Reunion 11 on my Mac

It's not possible to create a family file on your Mac from the file that's in ReunionTouch.

Your best bet, assuming you don't have any external backups (e.g. via Time Machine), would be to restore the deleted file via the Dropbox website. You can find details on how to do that here.

Note that your family file will appear as a folder ending in ".familyfile11" on the Dropbox website. You should restore the entire folder.
