Ahnentafel Report - how to include full / complete birthdates and deathdates?

I would like to show complete birthdates on my Ahnentafel report. Default only shows birth years and death years. How can that be changed to show month, day and year?

When you choose Reports > Ancestor, the report will include full dates, such as...

13 Mary Ann BURNS. Born on 18 Jul 1861. Mary Ann died on 20 Jan 1931; she was 69.

Are you looking at a different report or a chart?
