Download of Reunion 10

My wife's old computer died, so she bought a Macbook Pro running High Sierra 10.13.6.
Several attempts have been made to download Reunion 10, but none of them seem to be able to load her Reunion 10 file.
Any suggestions ?

The problem seems to be that the downloads of Reunion 10 are not working properly,
the two solutions do not fix this problem. I wish to continue with Reunion 10.

Please try the following as a test.

1. Restart your Mac.

2. Open your Finder and choose Go -> Applications. If you see Reunion 10 in your Applications folder, delete it.

3. Then, choose Go -> Downloads. If you see the "Reunion-10-0-6.dmg" file in there, delete it.

4. Next, go to this page of our web site...

...and download a fresh copy of Reunion 10.0.6.

Afterward, install Reunion 10, but don't start it up yet.

(If there are any problems with installing Reunion 10, provide specific details about the problem.)

5. Download the Sample Family 10 file from here...

http://www.leisterpro.com/download/Sample%20Family%2010.familyfile10.zip

Move it onto your Desktop and double-click on double-click on it.

It should open in Reunion 10 running High Sierra. If it does open, try opening one of your family files in Reunion 10.

If you are able to open the Sample Family 10 file, but not one of your family files, please send your family file to us. Information about how to send a family file to us can be found here...

Include a note saying that you are running High Sierra and that you can open the Sample Family 10 file, but not the file you're sending.

We should be able to determine why the file is not opening for you and address the issue.

I gave up, and installed Reunion 12. Which is working.
