Places and Co-Ordinates.

Can anyone help me please.

I have put in the wrong place and co-ordinates for my mother.
How do I undo or change a place and its co-ordinates ?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Highlight the place in the sidebar, and then on the Geo tab at the bottom, highlight and delete the values for latitude and longitude.

The change the name of the actual place, you can either edit the place in your mother's record, or find the place in the Places sidebar and click on the little grey (or blue) triangle and choose "Edit Name" to open a sheet in which you can change/edit the place name. You can also double click the place name in the Places list.

Hello Roger,

Many thanks for your help and advice. The problem was, the street where my mother was born has changed its name. Needless to say Google doesn't recognise co-ordinates for previous names.
