smart quotes

I have use smart quotes selected in preferences but when entering a ' into the search box on the places side bar a standard quote results and this does not find any of the entries with a smart quote (the only way to find these is to cut an paste a smart quote from somewhere else)

Re: smart quotes

Quotes (single or double), apostrophes, or other punctuation marks shouldn't be typed into the search boxes (for people or places). These are ignored (in the names of people and places) when searching. And, when entered in a search box, will not return matches.
