    Finding Relatives

I have a couple of issues with this feature in Reunion 10.

    1. Previous versions enabled you to insert ID#. This is very handy as most of my searches are in response to emails. I simply insert my ID. Can't find a way of doing this in 10.

    2. Previous versions gave search result in a simple dialog box chart, which I then emailed.
Now 10 generates a beautiful chart with tons of info and a photo on each person in the chart, thus I need to switch layouts if I want a bare bones chart.

    3. How can I email the chart?

    Many thanks.

If you open the People sidebar while in the Find view, you can use the search box at the top (of the sidebar) to search for the person by ID#, then drag-and-drop them into "Person 1" or "Person 2" for the Relationship find.

Save it as a graphic file (File -> Save Graphic File...), then e-mail the resulting file.

You could also print the chart and in the drop down box save it as a PDF and email that.
