    Source Numbers Differ

I just did a report on an individual to see what sources were assigned to the person as I want to change format from free-form to something more appropriate. The report showed the individual had 2 sources - #1 and #2.
However, when I look at the individual or family view it shows the source numbers as #17 and #22.
Why aren't the actual source numbers listed on the report?
    Thanks

There are settings in the Reports pane of Reunion Preferences - click on Sources on the left and you can choose settings on the right that would let you uncheck Renumber Sources.

Like Roger said, this is dependent on a setting for sources in reports.

At the bottom of the options you'll see a Renumber citations and endnotes option; if this is checked the sources will be renumbered in reports.

Note that this option must be enabled if the Citation detail is set to With Endnotes; setting it to either With citations or Ignore will allow you to deselect this option.
