People from separate branches related: input?

After several years of tracking a 4th cousin (from Iowa) on my paternal grandmother's side, I find last night that his wife was the sister of my aunt's second husband (Los Angeles).

Totally blew my mind!

I'm sure there's a way to input this in the software but I want to make sure I do it right.

I'd add parents to your 4th cousin's wife, notional if you don't know the names, and then add your aunt's second husband to those parents as one of their children. Then the fourth cousin's wife and aunt's second husband will show up as siblings in the family file.
