Placing a multi-page pdf document in Multimedia

I have the wills of a number of ancestors - all multi-page and pdfs. When I add the individual will to the appropriate family member's Multimedia file, all I get is the first page. I also tried drag and drop method, but still got only the first page of the document. What I want to include is the entire document.

Another problem that I have encountered is I inadvertently added a number of documents (19) in the Multimedia file of "Family Multimedia" before I added the person to whom they belong as a spouse in Family View.

Now I'm unable to, or more appropriately I don't know how to, move these documents to the multimedia file of the correct person. When I click on the correct person, the "Family Multimedia" pane containing the documents disappears.

I would very much appreciate it if someone can advise me on how to deal with these two issues.

    Thank you.
    Patricia

I suspect the whole document is there, and that you are only seeing the first page. To read the additional pages, you can open the item by control-clicking on it (the menu should offer you a choice of opening it in whatever program you have for reading pdf files
