I'm using Reunion 9.0c and OX 10.7.4

I am trying to drag and drop from iPhoto to a family and the photo won't stay. I drop it right on the name button, but no go. Any help?

If you're dragging the picture and the button is highlighting, the photo isn't necessarily going to be identified as a preferred picture and show up on the family card. Have you clicked the multimedia button and checked if the picture's in there? It should be, and if so, you can then make it the preferred picture. If not, I'm not sure how to help.

Well, it looks like I am dealing with Swede! I'm working on my Swedish Family History.

I found the photos I've tried in Multimedia, but have not found a way to get them together with the person/family.

the west part of this is, that I have some photos loaded in already,but I seem to have lost the secret! And of course, you are dealing with a Swede! Any other help you can give me?

Definitely Swede. My father's full blooded, and his parents were the immigrants.

Regarding the multimedia (MM), open the MM window, click the person of interest on the left to select him/her, click the picture on the right to select it (I like the thumbnail display option), and check the Preferred picture box on the left. When you close the MM window, the new preferred picture should show up on the family card, if the picture is included in the view.

If the picture is not included in the family card view, you'll need to go to Reunion->Preferences->Views, and check the show preferred picture box on the right.
