Note fields in the family view

I noticed I can scroll in the notes section on my family files that I had in Reunion 9 and saved them in Reunion 10. I opened a new family file and I am not able to scroll. Why is that? Where is the option to allow me to scroll in notes.

In Family View Preferences, select the view you want to have a scrollbar, then click on the Notes field in the Fields column to select it, and then click on the Include Scrollbar checkbox that appears.
