    changing characters

I am of Swedish descent and there are 3 additional letters in the Swedish alphabet. I have no problem entering those letters and their appropriate diacritic. HOWEVER, once in a while i either do not know the correct spelling or forget.

In R9 there was a feature that would allow me to change all of the incorrect letters in a given name or word at once without doing them individually. Can someone tell me if it's still here in R10 and where?

    Tack s

    Hi Philip -

This is a case where the manual can explain it better than I can. I think you'll find what you need if you click on the question mark in the lower left corner of the Reunion window, and then search the manual for:

when to use find and replace

If you click on the first entry in the results list, you'll get an excellent explanation.

    Hope this helps!

I am not having any luck in finding the information regarding Swedish spelling characters under your suggested method to the previous poster. What am I missing.

I think I understand the problem: you can do a global change with places, but not with surnames.
Assuming you have entered 15 times the city of Gothenburg and another 20 times the city of G

          In Reunion 10

Click on Find in the left sidebar

Then down the bottom of that window click on

          Find and Replace

once there you can set it up to find all instances of

          Ahgren

          and replace it with

Thank you Roger. I missed that button because it was not clear that it applied to anything, not specifically to the current search.
