Tabs

I use the tab key on the keyboard to navigate between fields. If I need to "back tab" I use shift+tab.

On the Edit Person page the forward tab order is:
First & Mid Name
Sex
Last Name
User ID
Prefix Title
Suffix Title

However, one cannot back tab to the First & Mid Name field from the "Sex". One just goes forward to the Last Name.

Is there a work round?
