Emailing a pedigree chart

I've searched "Help" and can't find an answer. I've created a 6-generation pedigree chart that I want to email to someone I know uses a non-Mac computer. When I save it as a PDF it is dimmed out and can't be accessed. What do I do to make the Chart mailable? Thanks.

Search for the keywords "email pdf chart" (without the quotes) and in the section "Sharing Charts Using Email" read the paragraph "to share a chart with somebody who already uses Reunion", or "to share a chart with somebody who doesn't use Reunion", as appropriate.

Thank you, Byron. I followed the instructions and now wait to see if the recipient can figure out a pedigree chart!
