    How does a PC open a Box chart

    I've sent a Reunion FT box chart to a PC owner and he's asking how to open it.

    Are Reunion FT Box charts Mac specific?

    If so, what do I have to do to allow a PC to open it?

    Hi Stephen,

    Reunion's box charts can only be opened using Reunion. In order for users without Reunion (or without a Mac) to open the chart, you should save it as a graphic file using:

    File -> Save Graphic File...

    PDF is generally the best format to select here, though JPG or PNG will also work.

      Thanks Mark have just done that and sent it.

      You seem to imply that if the recipient has a Mac he could open it, is that correct?

        They could open the box chart if they had Reunion 9 or newer, otherwise, no, they wouldn't be able to open it.

        Anyone should be able to open PDF, PNG or JPG files -- though Windows users may need to download a free PDF viewer such as Foxit Reader in order to view the PDF file.
